"Service Unavailable" message appears when using Ferrysoft Help Desk.
Symptoms
The message above appears in the browser window when trying to use Ferrysoft Help Desk.
Cause
There are several possible reasons why this problem might occur. Generally, the problem is caused by the account associated with the application pool not having sufficient privilege or being configured incorrectly.
