Symptoms

When a new web page is accessed, the cursor does not go to the first field. The expected behaviour is that the cursor is positioned in the first field when a new web page is accessed.

Cause

This is caused by JavaScript not being enabled. Ferrysoft Help Desk requires JavaScript to be enabled to work correctly.
